If you’re in the market for a new kitchen, you may want to take a look at this stunning Manasquan Interior Design project. Our lead designer, Nicole Kirsch, recently completed this beachside home which the home underwent a complete gut renovation, including an addition out the back to add more kitchen space, storage, a powder room, and a mudroom.
The kitchen features beautiful cabinet wood types, with maple for the white painted cabinets and white oak for the island. The countertop details are equally impressive, with pure quartz for a clean and modern look.
One of the most striking design elements in this kitchen is the tile backsplash. The designer chose a beautiful marble tile with a Moroccan-inspired design, adding a pop of color and interest to the space. This design also nods to the homeowner’s love of both New York City and upstate, with its bold and eclectic look.
The refinished hardwood floor brings warmth and elegance to the space, tying together all of the design elements. Although the kitchen is the centerpiece of the project, the mudroom bathroom floor details are noteworthy. Nicole and the homeowner selected concrete porcelain terra cotta earthy tiles and used them as a backsplash by extending them up the wall. The same tiles were repeated in a different pattern on the pot belly stove wall in the dining room, creating a cohesive and beautiful look throughout the home.
Overall, this Manasquan interior design project is a stunning example of what’s possible with a complete renovation. From the beautiful cabinet wood types and countertop details to the striking tile backsplash and hardwood floor, every element works together seamlessly to create a space that is both beautiful and functional.
